Francine Diaz assures fans ‘FranSeth’ remains as a love team

Francine Diaz clarified that her love team-up with Seth Fedelin, collectively known as “FranSeth,” is still alive despite them venturing out on solo projects.
During a health expo event on Sunday, Feb. 4, Diaz said her on-screen partnership with Fedelin is still in the picture amid their solo endeavors.
“May FranSeth pa rin naman po. Siyempre, kami naman po, we also want to explore din ng solo kami. Pero, it doesn’t mean naman na wala na ‘yung love team. Siyempre, iba pa rin naman po ‘yung nakakapag-explore kami at alam namin kung hanggang saan ‘yung kakayanin namin,” she said.
(There’s still Franseth. But we also want to explore solo projects, yet that doesn’t mean the love team is gone. Of course, we also get to explore other things separately and get to know what our capabilities are.)
Diaz’s upcoming song with Korean Superstar Seo In-guk, “My Love,” is just one of the things included in the actress’ solo projects. She shared that Fedelin has already heard the full version of the song.
“Happy siya for me. Proud siya. Actually, narinig na rin niya ‘yung buong kanta and ‘yun nag-congrats naman siya,” she said. (He’s happy for me. He’s proud. Actually, he already heard the song and extended his congratulations.)
When asked if there’s any possibility that the two of them will join forces for a music project, the “Kadenang Ginto” star said there’s a chance in the future.
“Siguro po in the future, pero kasi, ngayon po, it would be nice din na, you know, have time to shine din sa career niya at ganon din ako. Hindi naman kami nagko-close ng doors sa mga opportunities in the future kasi hindi naman po malabong mangyari na mag-duet kami or mag-collab sa pagkanta,” declared Diaz.
(Possibly in the future, but right now, it would be nice to have time for him to shine in his career and same with me. We are not closing our doors to that kind of opportunity in the future because it’s not impossible that we will be having a duet or collaboration for a song.)
The actress also expressed her enthusiasm to work with Kathryn Bernardo in the future.
“Of course. Sa Sunsilk lang po na TV shoot po namin. But isa po sa mga pangarap ko na makatrabaho ang isang Kathryn Bernardo and I’m very proud of her,” she said.
(Of course. We got to work on a TV commercial for Sunsilk. But one of my dreams is to get to work with the one and only Kathryn Bernardo, and I’m very proud of her.)
