Seong Gi-hun, played by South Korean actor Lee Jung-jae, vowed to chase down the mysterious gamemaster of the deadly “Squid Game” as season two of the hit series will premiere in 2024.

The 17-second teaser showed Gi-hun in a new red hairstyle — who won season one’s titular “Squid Game” as he walked through what appeared to be an airport while talking to a mysterious voice on the phone.

“You’ll regret your decision,” the voice on the other line said. Gi-hun, however, remained undaunted as he vowed to find the caller “no matter what it takes.”

The series also shared a first look at what to expect in its second installment, including a disheveled Gi-hun in a sit-down talk with the salesman (Gong Yoo) and a glimpse of him seemingly being thrown back into the deadly games.
