“We will always remember how fortunate we are that you were in our lives. This will definitely be a hole in my heart and will leave a scar, but I know that you’re finally free from pain and now happily dancing in heaven cause you’ll definitely be the life of the party up there,” Endrinal’s son said in the statement.

PJ expressed his gratitude for his father’s life, saying it’s something meant to be celebrated.

“We might be grieving now but instead of the sadness we should be celebrating the life you lived and shared with us and for that we’ll always be grateful. For now, Rest in Paradise, Daddy. I love you so so much,” he wrote.

Endrinal’s death was also confirmed by Dreamscape and ABS-CBN in separate posts on X (formerly Twitter).

“It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Roldeo T. Endrinal, our esteemed Head of Dreamscape Entertainment. We mourn the loss of a true and beloved leader, and extend our heartfelt condolences to the family,” said Dreamscape.

Further details about his internment and burial are yet to be disclosed, as of this writing.

A distinguished filmmaker and writer, Endrinal stood as the pillar of Dreamscape Entertainment, a production company under ABS-CBN. Although it had been around since the 1990s, it was only in 2013 that it established itself as a separate entity from ABS-CBN’s Star Creatives.

Some of the most successful dramas produced under Dreamscape include “Mara Clara” (1992), “Mula Sa Puso” (1997), “May Bukas Pa” (2009), “Mara Clara” (2010), “100 Days to Heaven” (2011), “Budoy” (2011), and “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano” (2015), just to name a few.

Endrinal was also one of the writers behind the beloved ABS-CBN shows “Game KNB?,” “ASAP Natin ‘To,” and “The Buzz.”
