Fil-Am drag queen Manila Luzon ecstatic over meeting Vice Ganda

Filipino-American drag queen Manila Luzon did not hold herself back from fangirling over show host Vice Ganda during the former’s visit to “It’s Showtime.”
Manila raved about their meeting, describing the comedian as “Filipino royalty” through her Instagram page on Saturday, Feb. 3.
“I met Filipino Royalty!” she exclaimed. “I’ve been such a fan of Vice Ganda for years from when I first heard that one of the most successful, most celebrated, most famous celebrities in the Philippines was a leader of the Filipino LGBTQ+ community, and a TRUE QUEEN!”
“I fan-girled so hard! Thank you, [Vice Ganda], for supporting ‘Drag Den Philippines’ and inviting me to ‘It’s Showtime,'” she continued.

Vice Ganda also gushed over their meeting, showing a photo of the two of them with the caption: “Icons only.”

Manila Luzon rose into popularity after competing in “RuPaul’s Drag Race” season three, “All Stars 1,” and “All Stars 4.” She is currently the host and chief judge of “Drag Den Philippines.”
The cast members of the show’s second season are Deja, Margaux Rita, Elvira B, Feyvah Fatalé, Maria Lava, Mrs. Tan, Moi, Marlyn, Jean Vogue and Russia Fox.
Also part of the show are Miss Grand International 2016 first runner-up Nicole Cordoves and internet personality Sassa Gurl, who serve as the “drag dealer” and “drag runner,” respectively.
