Jericho Rosales, Kim Jones’ Quezon City home ‘up for sale’

Former couple Jericho Rosales and Kim Jones’ residence is now reportedly up for sale following the news that the two have called it quits after a decade of marriage.

In the Jan. 31 episode of Ogie Diaz Showbiz Update on YouTube, the entertainment insider said the former couple’s home in Quezon City is currently available on the market.

“Ang alam ko, for sale na ang kanilang bahay sa Quezon City para mapaghatian na ang proceeds nito if ever,” stated Diaz. 

The talent manager added that the model-TV host will return to the United States, while Rosales will stay in the country.

“Si Kim Jones sa pagkakaalam ko, maninirahan na ata sa New York. Si Jericho naman ay single solo solo muna siya [dito],” he said. 

Last Jan. 31, the former couple’s godfather, Ricco Ocampo, announced via ABS-CBN that Jones and Rosales have been separated since 2019 while remaining as friends and on good terms.

“While the friendship between the two remains, they have decided it is time to lead separate lives. They are encouraging each other to grow, albeit in different directions. It was a mutual decision, an amicable separation, dealt with with grace and maturity by both parties,” Ocampo said in a statement. 

He said Jones and Rosales were grateful for the time they had spent together and to the fans who continued to support them. The two will also continue their collaborative work as their film is scheduled for release this year.

Despite the breakup, the former couple are still interacting on social media, leaving comments of support on each other’s posts on Instagram. Recently, Jones stunned in a new photo, and the Kapamilya actor commented, “Love these!”

After their split announcement, Rosales also posted some photos of himself looking good in a sando, and his former wife commented, “Mmmm ramen,” emphasizing that there’s no bad blood between them.

Jones and Rosales met in 2011 and tied the knot in 2014.
