Kylie Verzosa underscored that she’s at her “healthiest” after she received comments that she looked “sick” and “too skinny” on her recent beach photos.
The beauty queen-turned-actress flaunted her slim physique in a luxury beach resort in Palawan, as seen on her Instagram page last Saturday, Jan. 13.
One @maria.sanchezz1122 then took to the comments section to ask if Verzosa was “sick,” pointing out how there’s an apparent “big difference” between the actress’ before and current physical appearance.
“I’m at the healthiest I’ve ever been and have the best energy levels!” Verzosa replied to the netizen.
“I’ve just come to the conclusion that whenever I post my body, people will criticize—that I’m too much of this, too little of that, no matter how much I take care of myself,” she continued. “I take the best care of myself in all aspects of my life and I hope you guys focus on your health and wellbeing too!”
The Instagram user then stressed that she’s glad Versoza is well, noting that she just noticed how the latter “[looks] too skinny in some of [her pictures] these days.”

Unbothered by naysayers, Verzosa gave more glimpses of her Palawan beach trip in a series of Instagram posts.
Meanwhile, Verzosa earlier announced her first business venture, a shapewear brand which she will launch soon.
