NUSTAR Sinulog 2024: A Spectacle of Culture and Colors
As the beat of drums will soon resonate through the streets and the city of Cebu will reverberate with joyous celebrations, NUSTAR Resort Cebu is proud to announce its participation in the iconic Sinulog Festival, set to captivate locals and tourists alike from January 8 to 21, 2024.
NUSTAR is set to transform into a festive destination, featuring an array of activities that showcase the rich cultural heritage of Cebu, while providing an immersive and engaging experience for all attendees.
Instagram-worthy Sinulog décor around the property will greet guests, creating picture-perfect moments at every turn. NUSTAR will be adorned with striking colors across entrances, inviting guests into a world steeped in rich traditions.
At the foremost section of the property will stand a magnificent galleon-inspired float, welcoming visitors with its grandeur and splendor. This symbolic representation pays homage to the pivotal role of the galleon in Cebu’s history, marking the beginning of a significant cultural transformation.
To enrich the cultural experience, Sinulog ambassadors and dancers will perform at NUSTAR three times daily from January 19 to 21, captivating audiences with lively presentations that bring the festival spirit to life throughout the entire property.
Art enthusiasts can explore the brilliance of Filipino artistry at Qube Gallery’s exhibit, hosted at The Mall | NUSTAR Cebu. Scheduled from January 12 to 30, the exhibit will highlight local talent and creativity, celebrating the diverse artistic heritage of the region.
To culminate the festivities, NUSTAR will stage an exhilarating music festival, the SINULOGFEST 2024, on January 21. This event merges pulsating beats, live performances by top local artists, and the infectious energy of the Sinulog, uniting both music enthusiasts and festival-goers.
Performances by Iloilo-based DJ Young, Cebuano DJs Simon Rodriguez, Renzo Senining, and DJ Short, house music DJ Elmer Dado and Gruppo Tribale will set the scene ablaze. Guests can party from 7 p.m. to 12 a.m., with tickets priced at Php500 for General Admission; Php25,000 for a VIP table, which can seat eight (8) persons; and Php35,000 for a VVIP table, which can also seat eight (8) persons.

Moreover, feast on local and fusion flavors, which will be spotlighted at NUSTAR’s specialty restaurants and dining outlets, including Fina, Fili Café, Fili Lobby Lounge, and Axis Entertainment and Sports Bar. From street food favorites to the world-famous Cebu lechon and native delicacies, it’s a guaranteed multisensory feast.
To complete the dining experience, NUSTAR’s partner, Bauhinia Brewery, will be offering an exclusive craft beer called the Sinulog Brew. This seasonal variant will be available at NUSTAR only during the Sinulog.
