After being introduced to the public last year, the Sparkle Teens have been getting their feet wet with some of them bagging roles on the Kapuso network.

John Clifford said he wanted to appear in a show together with other members of the group. To improve his singing, dancing and acting, he said they have been participating in workshops.

A music lover, he said his favorite thing are his AirPods that he sometimes misplaces but always finds. “I bought these for myself years ago. They were one of the first things I saved up for. I take them with me everywhere I go—to tapings, on flights or road trips because I really enjoy listening to music and I love to sing as well,” John said.

His fellow Sparkle Teen Bryce Eusebio is aiming higher. “I really hope to win an award. I have such big love for music. If there’s a talent I really want to improve, it’s singing.”

His favorite thing? Fragrance. “Wearing a fragrance makes me feel a lot of things. It relaxes me, but my favorite thing about it is how it gives me confidence and puts me in a good mood.”

Bryce regularly checks out the fragrance sections in department stores “just to sniff” that some of the salespeople already recognize him.

“I used to receive fragrance as gifts, but now that I’m older, I can already afford to buy for myself,” he said.

“My favorite scent is Bleu de Chanel. I did a lot of research, watched a lot of YouTube videos on the best fragrances before buying it. It smells like the best water you’ve ever smelled—woody, masculine, very fresh with a hint of sweetness. It’s the best perfume ever.” INQ
