Slater Young, Kryz Uy expecting baby no. 3

Slater Young and Kryz Uy are looking forward to a “fun and crazy” 2024 as they will be welcoming an addition to their family—a third baby.
The couple announced Uy’s pregnancy through a vlog on the latter’s YouTube channel on Sunday, Dec. 24. The fashion vlogger also made a pregnancy post on her Instagram, describing their baby no. 3 as a “Christmas miracle.”
“We really only wanted two. We were so happy, but if the Lord says, ‘You deserve more,’ you can’t fight nature,” Uy said, laughing. “I thought I was done at two. I already donated everything. I thought we were done and here we are again.”
“Merry Christmas gift daw sa akin ni Slater ‘yung baby,” she quipped.
Uy admitted she had a “bittersweet” reaction to her third pregnancy, explaining that while she’s happy and blessed to have a baby again, she’s anxious and scared as well “to go through it all over again.”
Young, for his part, said he’s scared for his wife and her well-being as he underscored how every pregnancy is life-changing for mothers.
“But at the end of the day, I feel like blessing pa rin talaga. I feel like there’s going to be a lot more happy noise around the house,” he stated, but added that this might be Uy’s last pregnancy.
During the vlog, the couple also talked about their plans of expanding their home to make a room for their third baby.
Young and Uy tied the knot in a garden ceremony in Cebu back in 2019. They welcomed their first child, Scottie, at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. Their second child, Sevi, in 2022.
