Andrew Schimmer reveals new love a year after partner’s death

Two days after his partner Jho Rovero’s first death anniversary, Andrew Schimmer made public his new found love, whom he regards as the person who “restored” him and made him “love the world again.”
Schimmer revealed his relationship with one Dimps, showing a photo of him kissing her via his Facebook page on Friday, Dec. 22.
“I never thought this day would come. You restored me, [slowly] put me back together. You took away all the pain [and] gave me something [that] made me love the world again,” he said.
“I was in total chaos and darkness before you found me. You brought back the strength in my heart, and lightened up my darkness from within,” he added.
Schimmer then seemingly hinted about his hope of settling down with Dimps as he said: “I know for some people this is too rushed but if you will allow me, I want to spend the rest of my life with you.”
Schimmer further declared that taking care of his new partner, who he said gave him hope, and “[their] children” is his next mission in life.
In prior posts, the pair was seen celebrating the birthday of Xander, Schimmer’s son with Rovero. Also with them were Andrea—Xander’s older sister—and three more who appear to be Dimps’ kids.
There were no details shared on how long the couple has been together, although they celebrated their “monthsary” last Dec. 18 as per a post on Dimps’ page.
Rovero died on Dec. 20, 2022 after over a year of being in coma from complications linked to cardiac arrest and severe asthma.
