Herlene Budol laments ‘made-up issues’ after leaked convo with Rob Gomez

Herlene Budol seemed taken aback after being “dragged” into a showbiz mess involving her alleged intimate conversations with her “Magandang Dilag” co-star Rob Gomez.
The actress-beauty queen, without categorically denying if the leaked conversations were indeed hers and Gomez’s, spoke about facing “made-up” issues amid her “dedication” to her job.
“Bakit ako nakaladkad?” she asked via her X page on Wednesday, Dec. 20, hours after the posts on Gomez’s social media pages were taken down. (Why was I dragged into this?)
“Showbiz nga talaga! ‘Pag dedicated ka sa trabaho, gagawan ka ng issue!” she added. (Oh, showbiz! People will make issues about you even when you’re just dedicated to your job.)
Budol recalled being a subject of pregnancy rumors back when she was still a host in the variety game show “Wowowin.” The actress said this as she addressed the apparent pregnancy scare in her alleged intimate exchange with Gomez.
In a rather sarcastic manner, Budol further asked, “Ano susunod? Sa ‘Black Rider’ mabubuntis ako uli?”, referring to the ongoing GMA TV series she is part of.

Aside from the pregnancy scare, the now-deleted conversation screenshots showed Gomez and Budol’s alleged talks about their meetings in their respective places and the possibilities of Gomez getting back together with the mother of his daughter, dentist-beauty queen Shaila Rebortera.
Meanwhile, actress-beauty queen Bianca Manalo was also dragged into the matter as her alleged messages to Gomez were also made public along with Budol’s. Manalo, who is currently in Japan, has yet to speak up on the issue as of this writing.
Gomez, for his part, said he is still not in possession of his phone, although he did not immediately disclose who has it and who accessed his social media pages.
