Xian Lim officially deletes all vlogs with Kim Chiu

Xian Lim recently took down the majority of his Youtube vlogs, including those with actress-girlfriend Kim Chiu, in one of the most curious signs of the seeming falling out between the longtime couple.
Lim nor Chiu have yet to confirm their split, despite oblique references by some friends of the couple, as well as a few “telltale signs” such as their absence in the other’s social media posts.
As for the actor, eagled-eyed fans spotted that only one video and two shorts have been left on Lim’s YouTube channel, a seven-minute “Draw My Life” video from 2016 and two shorts from late December 2022.

This took some followers aback, while some expressed sadness that all those memories they had from those videos go down the drain. “Hay nako sayang naman. Super dami memories baka na save naman nya,” wrote X user @jovelyn_bondoc.
While others are taking this action from the actor as confirmation of his rumored breakup with the “Linlang” actress, they are now waiting for Chiu to do the same thing.
“So ito na nga ‘yung sign na confirm na hiwalay na talaga sila,” said user @garfield0109.
One netizen stated, “Waiting na magdelete na rin siya IG post. Pero mas inaabangan namin ang pagdelete ni #KimChiu ng mga IG post nila Xian. ‘Yan hinintay naming confirmation from Kim.”
Statements from the couple
In November, Chiu seemingly broke her silence on the speculations: “Grabe, sa amin na lang ‘yun, we’ll just keep it to ourselves na muna,” (Leave it to us for the meantime, we’ll just keep it to ourselves first), she said without any confirmation of their breakup.
In the same month, Lim posted on his Instagram a lengthy reminder to his fans to leave his family and friends alone about the rumors that have been going around and to not believe anything they see online.
“Plenty of hearsay is happening right now, and I would like to ask everyone to be mindful of what they chose to believe in deceiving headlines and other information used to just pretend to know the whole story for personal gain and traction,” the actor wrote.
“I ask to be mindful of what you share. Leave my family and friends out of this insignificant issue compared to what is happening in the world, our country, or even deep within ourselves,” he added.
In the heat of the breakup rumors, Lim has also been recently linked to a movie producer named Iris Lee after entertainment insider Ogie Diaz talked about the two on his Youtube vlog.
Lim and Chiu started dating in 2012, but it was only in 2018 that they made their relationship public.
