Bea Borres opts silence over Andrea Brillantes ‘hand’ in KathNiel split

Andrea Brillantes’ close friend and “Kadenang Ginto” co-star Bea Borres seemingly took offense at a netizen’s remark about keeping her silence amid Brillantes’ alleged involvement in the breakup of Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla.
Responding to one @sancai on Tiktok last Friday, Dec. 1, Borres asserted that netizens wouldn’t get anything from her as she cried foul at being on the receiving end of criticism.
“Mag-asaran tayo dito. Wala kayong makukuha sa’kin. Noong ako salita nang salita, gusto niyong manahimik ako. Sasabihan n’yo akong sawsawera. Tapos ngayong nananahimik ako, kung anu-ano pa ring sinasabi niyo,” she said.
(Let’s make fun of each other. You wouldn’t get anything from me. When I kept on speaking up, you wanted me to stay silent. You accused me of interfering. Now that I chose to be silent, you’re still accusing me of certain things.)

Borres’ video came hours after her recent video on Tiktok became a venue for KathNiel fans to issue a statement on Brillantes’ supposed romantic involvement with Daniel Padilla in the comments.
“Have a fruitful December mga ka petty,” she said in the caption.

Last October, Borres made headlines after making a cryptic remark on how “time is the ultimate truth teller” after Brillantes’ ex-boyfriend Ricci Rivero confirmed his romance with Leren Bautista. The baller then appeared to feel alluded to over her remarks where he challenged her to reveal their dirty laundry.
She then revealed in a text message to DJ Jhai Ho of the web show Marites University that she’s mulling to file a cyber libel complaint against Rivero where her lawyer reportedly reviewed their remarks on X (formerly Twitter).
Brillantes’ alleged involvement in KathNiel’s split stemmed from speculations disclosed by Ogie Diaz on his showbiz vlog in November, although the latter asserted that he merely cited claims that he heard from showbiz insiders.
The “Senior High” star has yet to confirm nor deny her involvement in the ex-partners’ split.
