Kyline Alcantara goes cryptic as she speaks up about ‘protecting one’s peace’

Kyline Alcantara is the latest celebrity to speak up about keeping peace amid speculations that she has parted ways with Mavy Legaspi after several months together as a couple.
Alcantara took to her Instagram Story last Tuesday, Nov. 28 to post a cryptic post about keeping quiet, without addressing anyone in particular.
“I was taught that keeping quiet kept the peace. Until I realized, [whose] peace is it keeping,” she wrote.

She then corrected the grammar of her post in a follow-up Instagram Story.

The actress’ post came days after Carmina Villaroel and Zoren Legaspi, Mavy’s parents, appeared to share the same words of wisdom about protecting their peace, and taking care against people who might want to do him and his twin sister Cassy harm. As if punctuating her word of advice, Villarroel said, “Mom knows best.”

While Alcantara and Legaspi have yet to clarify the real score of their relationship, breakup rumors have been hounding the pair after the actress posted a brief “I knew it” on X last Nov. 24. This came several months after Cassy and Alcantara unfollowed each other on Instagram.

The Kapuso stars, also known as the onscreen pairing MavLine, worked together in the shows “I Left My Heart in Sorsogon” and “Love at First Read.”
