Alex Gonzaga overwhelmed by support after revealing second miscarriage: ‘One day we’ll have our rainbow baby’
Alex Gonzaga-Morada underscored that it’s not easy to share about her miscarriage to the public, but she noted she’s grateful to have received comfort and strength from her fellow aspiring mothers.
Days after revealing she suffered from another miscarriage in October, the actress-TV host compiled screenshots of the messages she received via social media pages, as shown on her Instagram page on Wednesday, Nov. 8.
“Sharing one’s motherhood journey is never easy because it brings back all the pain and feeling of loss. But I have received so many messages from aspiring mothers who know exactly how I feel and whose longing I share,” she said.
“Maraming salamat sa inyo (Thank you so much). Thank you for making me feel that I am never alone, that beyond the love and support of my family, I have your kind words to give me comfort and strength,” she added.
Gonzaga emphasized that although she does not personally know everyone who offered their kind words to her, she is with them “in spirit and in prayer.”

Fans and fellow celebrities extended their prayers to Gonzaga, reminding the actress-TV host to not lose hope.
Gonzaga tied the knot with politician Mikee Morada in January 2020. They lost their first baby in October 2021 after she suffered from a blighted ovum, which occurs when a fertilized egg cell does not develop or stops developing, leading to miscarriage.
