Leren Bautista appears to have gone sentimental while watching a concert as she dedicated the lyrics of the song “How Did You Know” to her date, basketball player Ricci Rivero.

Bautista and Ricci attended the recent show of veteran singer Gary Valenciano, as seen on the couple’s respective Instagram pages on Friday, Nov. 3.

In one of the videos shared by Bautista, she showed Valenciano singing “How Did You Know” on the stage, then panned the camera to Ricci who was sitting beside her in the audience.

“You came at the right time in my life. God knows the truth. We don’t have to defend ourselves anymore, ang mahalaga alam natin ang totoo (what matters is that we know the truth),” the beauty queen-turned-politician addressed Ricci.

While Bautista opted not to expound on her remark, it can be noted that their romance has been hounded by controversy as she was accused of being the third party behind the baller’s split with actress Andrea Brillantes. Both Bautista and Ricci denied the cheating and third-party allegations.

Meanwhile, the pair also celebrated the engagement of Ricci’s brother, Prince Rivero, to his partner Lesley Martinez, showing a glimpse of the proposal that took place at the concert.

Ricci confirmed his relationship with Bautista last Oct. 21, saying he sees the latter as a “real queen.”

“Hindi tayo magtatago dahil walang dapat ikahiya. Walang nang-agaw at walang inagaw. Walang bibitaw dahil masaya tayong magkahawak-kamay,” the basketball player declared.
