The horror flick that ‘traumatized’ Wilbert Ross
Wilbert Ross has watched a lot of horror films, both local and international. But the most memorable, the singer-actor recalled, was “Feng Shui,” which “traumatized” him as a child.
“Oh my God, ‘Feng Shui’ really scared me back then. It was an iconic film and a really memorable part of my childhood. For me, it was the scariest horror film I have ever seen,” he told the Inquirer.
“Feng Shui” (2004), which stars Kris Aquino, revolves around a cursed bagua mirror, which claims the lives of those who gaze into it. “I was traumatized. Takot na takot ako kapag nakakita ako ng bagua and I tried my best not to look at the mirror,” he related.
“I also won’t forget the death of Lotlot de Leon’s character, who fell on top of beer cases. Her body was all distorted,” he said.

“Of course, we followed other superstitions like practicing ‘pagpag,’ so we don’t bring the spirits home,” he added.
