MANILA, Philippines — The public has so much power in determining the winners of The Miss Philippines Culture and Heritage Celebration and the Mister Pilipinas Worldwide competition that half of the scores will come from their votes.

The two searches have opened their web voting on Oct. 15 through announcements posted on social media. “Your vote matters as 50 percent of the total scores will be from audience votes. Tap the Star button on Choicely to show your support for your favorite delegate,” the organizers said when they called for votes.
