Iwa Moto seemed unbothered by those pitting her against Jodi Sta. Maria, the ex-wife of her husband Pampi Lacson, as the former stressed that there is no competition between the celebrity moms.
Moto showed a video of herself taken without using a camera filter through her TikTok page last Saturday, Sept. 16. One @bombastic2023 then left a comment on the post and said, “Mas maganda pa din si Judi Santa Maria.” ([Jodi Sta. Maria] is still prettier than you.)
In response, Moto said, “Number one, walang competition. Number two, wrong spelling ka, te!” before bursting into laughter.
(Number one, there is no competition between us. Number two, your spelling is wrong!)

Netizens chimed in, with some commending Moto for her “healthy relationship” with Sta. Maria and some others lamenting how “toxic fans” compare the celebrity moms to each other.

Sta. Maria and Lacson, who have a son together named Thirdy, got married in 2005 and separated in 2011. Their annulment was finalized in 2017.
Moto and Lacson have been in a relationship since 2012 and have two children together, namely Hiromi Eve and Caleb Jiro.
Sta. Maria and Moto seem to share a good relationship, with Sta. Maria even saying that she is grateful to Moto for being Thirdy’s second mother. /ra
