Sharon Cuneta makes cryptic post amid KC Concepcion’s tiff with Kiko Pangilinan, Frankie
Sharon Cuneta made a cryptic post addressed to “one of her children,” just a day after her first daughter KC Concepcion explained why she unfollowed on Instagram her stepfather, former senator Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan, and stepsister, Frankie.
On Instagram on Wednesday, August 30, Cuneta posted a screenshot of a famous line from the book “Tiger Lily” by Jodi Lynn Anderson, and which she captioned “From Peter Pan… For one of my four children.”
“Every kind of love, it seems, is the only one. It doesn’t happen twice. And I never expected that you could have a broken heart and love with it too, so much that it doesn’t seem broken at all,” her post read, although it can be noted that the quote came from the book “Tiger Lily” by children’s writer Jodi Lynn Anderson.

In a separate post, the actress-singer then shared another quote, this time from “Peter Pan” author J.M. Barrie, which she captioned thus: “Never, ever let go of that child in you… I have never.”

When people grow up they forget the way.’ ‘Why do they forget the way?’ ‘Because they are no longer gay and innocent and heartless. It is only the gay and innocent and heartless who can fly,’” her picture post read.

Concepcion is Cuneta’s daughter with former husband Gabby Concepcion.
Frankie, or Kakie, is Cuneta’s first daughter with Pangilinan. Between them, they also have two other children — Miel, and Miguel.
The veteran actress’ posts came a day after Concepcion said in an interview with show biz columnist Cristy Fermin that their blended family is “complicated,” when she was asked why she unfollowed her stepfather and stepsister on Instagram.
“Hindi naman po masama na magkaroon ng time na meron kayong ina-unfollow or meron kayong ifa-follow. Mahirap lang po talaga kapag show biz ‘yung family, talagang lahat pinupuna po,” she said. “I think ‘yung sa akin is more of — like I said — may mga complicated po talaga pagdating sa blended family. Meron din po talagang times na hindi perfect,”Concepcion said without disclosing the reasons behind the “unfollowing”.
(It’s not bad to unfollow or follow someone [on Instagram] at times. It’s just that our family is in show biz that’s why everything gets noticed. I think for me, it’s more of—like I said—there are complicated things when it comes to blended family. There are times when it’s not perfect.) EDV
