Kylie Verzosa delighted fans after she announced that she and Carlo Aquino are set to star in an upcoming film with a working title “Elevator.”
Verzosa and Aquino had a meeting with the film director Philip King, as seen on the beauty queen-turned-actress’s Instagram page on Thursday, Aug. 24. Verzosa also showed a video where she can be seen reading what appears to be a script for the film.
“New project coming soon,” she captioned her post, tagging the Instagram handle of production company Rein Entertainment.
No further details on the movie were immediately disclosed; nonetheless, fans expressed excitement to see Verzosa and Aquino in one project.

Aside from “Elevator,” Verzosa will also be starring in the action-fantasy film “Penduko” alongside Matteo Guidicelli.
Meanwhile, Aquino’s recent projects include the film “Third World Romance,” in which he starred with his girlfriend, actress Charlie Dizon, and miniseries “Kung Hindi Lang Tayo Sumuko,” which also features actress Coleen Garcia. /ra
