Mariel Rodriguez happily shared that her daughters, Isabella and Gabriela, enjoyed their first day of ballet lessons.
In her Instagram post, the TV host-actress uploaded clips from the dance studio, which showed the little girls—in their adorable ballerina attire—jump, spin and demonstrate their grace and flexibility.
The former “Pinoy Big Brother” co-host also mentioned that both Isabella and Gabriela—her daughters with Sen. Robin Padilla—are already looking forward to their next session.
“First day of ballet class for my girls [emoji] awwww!!! They loved it and they can’t wait for the next class,” said Rodriguez who, earlier in the month, celebrated her 39th birthday.
Several people in the comments section expressed their fondness for the moments captured by the mom-of-two, as well as their love for Isabella and Gabriela, aged 6 and 3, respectively.
Her good friend and also a mom to two girls, Bianca Gonzalez, wrote, “This is too precious [emojis],” while funny actress Rufa Mae Quinto complimented the pair’s beauty. “Gaganda nila (They’re beautiful) [emojis].”
In the same post, the “Agent X44” actress quipped how she hoped it was always a “long weekend,” as she “accomplished so much” in the recent long weekend.
During the same weekend, Rodriguez and Padilla marked their 13th wedding anniversary. In celebration of their relationship’s newest milestone, the former “It’s Showtime” mainstay posted a video compilation of the couple’s moments together through the years. She chose Shania Twain’s “You’re Still the One” for the video’s background music.
In her Instagram post’s caption, Rodriguez told her better half, “13 years today [emoji] our simple celebration at home… just us 2… just us 4 [emoji] we wouldn’t have it any other way. HAPPY ANNIVERSARY BABE @robinhoodpadilla.” Snaps from their anniversary celebration were also included in the video she uploaded.
The couple, who co-starred in films such as “Tum: My Pledge of Love” and “Sa Ngalan ng Ama, Ina at mga Anak,” met in May 2010. After a few months, they got married at the Taj Mahal in India. They welcomed Isabella in November 2016, and became a family of four after the birth of Gabriela in November 2019. /ra
