LOOK: Nadine Lustre, Eula Valdez, Bea Binene in eerie ‘Nokturno’ photo release

The first look for the upcoming horror film “Nokturno,” starring Nadine Lustre, Eula Valdez, Bea Binene, and Justin James Quilantang, was finally released by filmmaker Mikhail Red.
In a photo on Red’s Facebook page on Monday, the four lead stars were shown with serious expressions on their faces, taken at a dark set.
“NOKTURNO [film clapper emoji] soon,” Red’s caption read.
Meanwhile, production company Viva Films said on its Facebook page that viewers have “no idea what’s coming.”

Reports about “Nokturno” were first confirmed by Red in a Variety report last March, which is set to be the filmmaker’s reunion project with Lustre after the Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) 2022’s Best Picture winner.
The movie will be produced by Red’s own production company Evolve Studios and Viva Films, while Rae Red will bring the screenplay to life.
While details about the film’s storyline have yet to be revealed, it was reported that it will revolve around a “mysterious ancient curse” that haunts an unlucky family, while a young woman is on the hunt to unveil its mystery. EDV
