LJ Reyes has been celebrating her upcoming wedding as she had an intimate bridal shower with her friends in the United States.
The actress treated fans to moments from her bridal shower and showed a video of her and her friends dancing to Mariah Carey’s “Touch My Body,” via her Instagram page on Tuesday, Aug. 15.
Reyes was wearing a white silk robe and a “Bride to be” sash while being surrounded by her “girls” in hot-pink silk robes, in a room decorated with pink and white balloons as well as pink party curtains.
“Thank you for this night girls,” Reyes said in the caption.

Reyes also received well-wishes from her friends, who also gave glimpses of the intimate party through their respective Instagram pages.

Fans, meanwhile, expressed their joy anew for the actress for finally being with the “right guy.”

Reyes announced her engagement to her non-showbiz boyfriend Philip Evangelista last May. It was also the first time the actress introduced Evangelista to the public.
The New York-based couple earlier released photos from their laidback prenup shoot through the actress’ Instagram page. No further details on their upcoming wedding have been made public as of this writing.
Reyes has been residing in New York with her children, Summer and Aki, since the actress’ breakup with actor Paolo Contis in 2021. /ra
