V of BTS graces the September cover of W Korea (and two more mags)
“Does this guy ever catch a break?”
When it comes to V of BTS, this question could only mean two things: one, the man can never make a move without triggering a rumor mill or two, his schedule screams “perpetually booked and busy” that the literal concept of a “break” has become elusive.
We’re leaning towards the latter this time, though. While the rest of us are struggling to wake up on time, V (a.k.a. Kim Taehyung) is out here juggling a burgeoning solo career and apparently, being the embodiment of “fashion icon.”
Because just when we thought he might be taking a moment to sip some wine while we wait for his highly anticipated debut album in September, we found out that he’s gracing not just one, not two, but three magazine covers in the same month.
It’s almost as if the editors got together and said, “You know what this world needs? More V.” And who could blame them?

“V’s colorful spectrum is spread over nearly 50 pages across two books, including his very intimate interview,” wrote W Korea in an Instagram post. “W Korea’s cameras captured everything—from his storytelling eyes to his seductive fingers to his majestic backside.”
Arena Homme+ Korea
Not to be outdone, men’s fashion magazine Arena Homme+ Korea hopped onto the V express for its September volume, too. Akin to W Korea, Arena has (digitally) released three covers—each highlighting a different facet of the K-pop superstar.

V in a crop top? Check. Youthful charm? Double check. Mysterious aura? Triple check. “Moreover, the September issue of Arena Homme+ contains more portraits that capture V’s candid and mesmerizing essence, allowing readers to delve deeper into his world,” the brand revealed.

Meanwhile, British fashion magazine Pop casually dropped the bomb on Instagram with the caption: “The most fashionable man in Asia and—sorry, Harry—the Biggest Pop Star in the World today announced his debut solo album, ‘Layover.’ V, the sexiest member of BTS, follows Elton John as a solo male POP cover.” Need we say more?
