Kathryn Bernardo, Dolly de Leon exude girl power in ‘A Very Good Girl’ teaser

Star Cinema dropped the teaser for “A Very Good Girl,” giving a peek at Kathryn Bernardo and Dolly de Leon’s team-up as girl bosses.

The teaser begins with Bernardo meeting De Leon whom the former seems to have chosen to do a task for her, as seen on Star Cinema’s Instagram page on Friday, Aug. 4.

“So, why me?” De Leon asks, to which Bernardo answers, “Because you remind me so much of my mother.”

Concluding the teaser is a clip of Bernardo cursing out with rage while in tears.

“It’s our turn now. This time, no mercy,” the caption read.

Aside from Bernardo and De Leon, “A Very Good Girl” stars Angel Aquino, Chie Filomeno, Jake Ejercito, Donna Cariaga, Gillian Vicencio, Ana Abad Santos, Kaori Oinuma, Althea Ruedas, Nathania Guerrero and Nour Hooshmand.

The Petersen Vargas-helmed film is set to hit theaters on Sept. 27.  /ra
