Sharon Cuneta and Gabby Concepcion sent their fans into a frenzy after the former couple teased what appears to be their upcoming show in October.
In the video teaser shown on Cuneta and Concepcion’s respective Instagram pages, silhouettes of a man and a woman—apparently of the veteran actors’—are beside each other while an instrumental of Cuneta’s “Dear Heart” plays in the background.
The date “10.27.2023” then flashes in the video along with “SM MOA ARENA,” which seems to be where the pair’s show will be held.
While Cuneta and Concepcion—dubbed as “ShaGab”—made no mention of each other’s names in their posts, it can be noted that the actors’ love team began after they starred in the 1981 film “Dear Heart.”

The comments section was filled with elated fans who could not seem to contain their excitement for the ShaGab reunion. Some even admitted getting emotional upon seeing the actors’ announcement.

In 1984, three years after “Dear Heart” was released, Cuneta and Concepcion got married. A year later, they welcomed their daughter KC. However, the pair’s romance did not last as they had their marriage annulled in 1987.
Both screen veterans are now married to their respective partners—Cuneta to former senator Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan, and Concepcion to Genevieve Gonzales. /ra
