Angelica Panganiban alludes to visitors who don’t check on her: ‘All they want is to see my baby’
Angelica Panganiban lamented how some people in her life visit her only for the purpose of seeing her baby, not even checking how she has been doing amid being a first-time mom.
Panganiban opened up about this as she shared a video about what one should do when “visiting new parents,” via the actress’ Instagram Stories on Tuesday, July 25.
The woman in the video advises visitors to help new moms out by helping them accomplish their chores, assisting them in carrying their babies, and asking them how they have been.
“Until now, hindi pa rin ako madalas kamustahin ng mga fersons (these people are still not checking on me frequently),” Panganiban said in the caption. “All they want is to see my baby, but not really ‘visiting’ me.”
“Not a single text on how’s my hip injury, if I still have postpartum blues—but nasasanay naman na ako (but I’m getting used to it),” she continued. “Pero walang gulatan kung lumalayo loob ko ha?” (But do not be surprised if I distance myself from you.)
