EXO’s Xiumin, aespa’s Karina dances to Mini Miss U theme song of ‘It’s Showtime’

EXO’s Xiumin and aespa’s Karina couldn’t help but join in the “Mini Miss U” dance challenge, which stemmed from an “It’s Showtime” segment featuring young pageant aspirants.
Videos of the K-pop idols dancing along to the segment’s theme song which contains the lyrics, “Hello madlang people, mabuhay! Mini Miss U,” which were uploaded on the Twitter page of ABS-CBN’s Star Music.
It can be noted that Xiumin and Karina’s Filipino fans taught the steps to the singers at a video call, before having a chance to do it themselves.

Star Music also shared a separate clip of Karina doing the dance challenge, with an apparent play on the show’s segment and her last name, Yu.

Xiumin debuted as the vocalist and rapper of EXO in April 2012. He made his solo debut with the mini album “Brand New” in September 2022. It can be noted that EXO previously released their seventh studio album “Exist” earlier this month.
Meanwhile, Karina made her debut as the leader, center, main dancer, and lead rapper of aespa in November 2020. The girl group previously released their third EP “My World” in May of this year. EDV
