Sylvia Sanchez throws bridal shower for ‘soon-to-be daughter-in-law’ Maine Mendoza

Sylvia Sanchez could not seem to contain her excitement during the bridal shower she organized for Maine Mendoza, whose wedding with the veteran actress’ son Arjo Atayde appears to be happening soon.
Sanchez hosted a pajama party attended by members of the Atayde family and Mendoza’s celebrity friends Maja Salvador and MJ Lastimosa, as seen on the veteran actress’ Instagram page on Monday, July 24.
During the intimate gathering, Mendoza enjoyed the company of the Atayde family who showered the actress-TV host with a lot of gifts.
“Happy to welcome you to our big happy and crazy family,” Sanchez addressed the “E.A.T.” host.
“Soon! Mrs. Maine Mendoza-Atayde ka na,” she continued. “Can’t wait for the Big Day. Love you, my soon to be daughter-in-law.”

Mendoza, for her part, has nothing but appreciation for her “future mom” whom she thanked in the comments section.
“Thank you so much Roco, Campo, and Atayde family for last night. Had such a wonderful time with everyone,” she wrote. “Thank you, tita… future mom! Love you.”

Prior to this, Mendoza also had a bridal shower organized by her “E.A.T.” family.
Mendoza and Atayde have yet to disclose further details about their nuptials, although the actress’ fellow “E.A.T.” hosts and godfathers Tito Sotto and Joey de Leon hinted that the couple will wed this July. EDV
