A restaurant as much as it is a bar, Station 15 has a menu specially prepared by celebrated MonDay Chefs. Rafols said you won’t find the usual items but instead a twist on these such as the Slider (a collection of mini burgers made with Batangas Beef) and the Baby Back Ribs that comes with a special sauce. Others on the list are pasta, salad, grilled meat, and seafood that will have people remembering what’s on the plate and the glasses as much as who did what during which moment.
The joint is also open at lunch time some days and holds karaoke nights and special events on regular basis. In fact, DJ-ing chores on opening night went to DJ Chris Raeuber of Team Big Fish and just a few days back, Station 15 held a back to the ‘80s and ‘90s event and live screening of the Pacquiao-Bradley fight.
