THE FOUNDATION recently celebrated its 25th year with its officers, members and guests.

A celebration of community, advocacy and service was held recently by the Evelio B. Javier Foundation at LRI Design Plaza. Inspired by the late Gov. Evelio Javier, whose life was cut short on Feb. 11, 1986, the foundation celebrated its 25th year as it continues to advocate for good governance.
