Estranged partners Claudine Barretto and Raymart Santiago have reunited for the graduation and recognition ceremonies of their children Sabina and Santino in school.
Barretto took to her personal Instagram page on Monday, May 29 to share glimpses of her reunion with Santiago during Santino’s recognition and Sabina’s graduation from high school, the first time in years that the ex-couple were seen together in public.
“The other day was Santino’s recognition day [and] Sabina’s Graduation,” she wrote, as she documented her children’s milestones on her Instagram Reels.
“Pasensya na po but [I am] just soo Proud of both of my kids. they have always been straight A students ever since they started [preschool], but I was so proud [and] amazed of how plenty their Awards, Medals & Certificates they both received,” she continued.
The celebrity mom expressed gratitude to her children for making her proud, saying that she must have “done something good” to be blessed with such children.
“I want to thank Sab [and] Saint for making me proud. I must have done something good to deserve both Sab [and] Saint! Congratulations mga anak! God be with you in this next chapter of your lives,” she said in the caption. “Mommy will always be here cheering [and] rooting for you both. It’s a privilege to be [your] Mom.”
The academic achievements of Barretto and Santiago’s children caught the attention of fellow celebrities Iza Calzado, Tim Yap, Gladys Reyes, Nikka Garcia, and Dennis Padilla, as seen in the comments of the former’s post.

The estranged partners’ reunion comes weeks after the seasoned actress revealed during a May 5 “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda” interview that she has no plans of marrying again, where she stressed that she wants to focus on being a good mom to her children.
“I think I already gave my promise to my ex-husband and I think that’s enough. I mean, I have my children—I have four. Parang that alone takes so much of my time, my energy, my strength so I will focus on that,” she was quoted as saying.
Barretto and Santiago got married twice in 2003 and then in 2006, before they separated in 2013. EDV
