Binibining Pilipinas 2023 candidates Anna Lakrini, Trisha Martinez, and Loraine Jara were among the candidates who received special awards during the pageant’s coronation night at the Araneta Coliseum.

Binibining Pilipinas International 2022 Nicole Borromeo and Binibining Pilipinas Globe 2022 Chelsea Fernandez will relinquish their crowns to their respective successors — although Borromeo is set to represent the country at the Miss International 2023 pageant in Japan.
