Maris Racal tests positive for COVID-19

Maris Racal revealed that she is currently on her third day of self-quarantine as she had tested positive for the novel coronavirus.

The actress disclosed this by sharing a “get-ready-with-me COVID edition” video through her TikTok page on Friday, May 19. Racal was preparing for a virtual meeting while talking about the newly released music video of her song “Carelessly.”

“Hindi nakakatuwa,” she said while holding a COVID-19 test kit with a positive result. ([This is] not funny.)

“I’m on my day 3 of quarantine and medyo nalulungkot na ako. Wala talaga akong interaction sa mga tao physically kaya bumabalik ako sa TikTok,” she added.

(I’m on my third day of quarantine and I’m already feeling somewhat sad. I don’t have physical interactions with other people, so I’m coming back to TikTok.)

In a separate Instagram post, Racal showed herself with a mustache filter while the word “quarantine” was pinned in the photo.
