Ethel Booba called out a “game show” whose production team supposedly postponed their taping with her at least twice, with some netizens speculating that the comedian was referring to GMA’s game show “Family Feud.”
Ethel, who appears to be currently based in Boracay, aired her disappointment through her Facebook page last May 11, but opted not to name any show in particular.
(You had booked a schedule for taping, then you rescheduled it! You already knew that we wouldn’t be available on the date you wanted!)
“NAKAKALOKA kayo! Itigil niyo na ‘yang game show niyo!”
(That was the second time! We had already bought several plane tickets, but we did not get any refund! You are unbelievable! Just stop that game show!)
Netizens then appeared to have concluded that the comedian was referring to “Family Feud” after Ethel’s brother, Virnard Gabinson, hinted that it was hosted by actor Dingdong Dantes.
(That game show has already caused you inconvenience. The staff of Dingdong’s game show are unprofessional.)
Ethel has yet to confirm or deny this as of writing.
Meanwhile, Ethel later had a guesting at the noontime variety show “It’s Showtime” wherein she was one of the celebrity moms who played at the “Isip Bata” segment. /ra
