Beauty Gonzalez will show off her comedic side as an actress as she is set to work with Sen. Bong Revilla in the upcoming sitcom “Walang Matigas na Pulis sa Matinik na Misis.”
Gonzalez’s newest project was confirmed in a report on GMA-7’s “24 Oras” on Monday, April 17, where she shared that she was looking forward to showing off her Visayan roots. It can be recalled that the actress hails from Dumaguete city in Negros Oriental.
“Gusto kong maipakita ‘yung nakakatawang side ko. Isho-showcase ko ang pagiging Bisaya ko rito,” she said, when asked about the upcoming series. (I want to show my funny side. I will showcase my Visayan roots.)
The Kapuso star will also work with Carla Abellana and Gabby Concepcion in the afternoon series “Stolen Life,” and noted that she’s “grateful” to work with several actors.
Gonzalez likewise revealed that she hoped to work with Alden Richards, Dennis Trillo, Jennylyn Mercadoq and Marian Rivera in the future. “I want to work with everybody,” she added.
Details about the sitcom’s plot line and premiere date are yet to be revealed as of this writing.
The “Pinoy Big Brother” alum recently starred in the teleseryes “I Can See You,” “The Fake Life,” “Mano Po Legacy: The Flower Sisters” and “The Stolen Life” since transferring to the Kapuso network in 2021. /ra
