Two months might have passed since Catriona Gray and Sam Milby announced their engagement, but they remained in lovesick bliss as they took their first trip as an affianced couple.
Gray took to her personal Instagram account on Monday, April 10 to share glimpses of her romantic Japan getaway with Milby. The photos showed the couple who appeared to be enjoying the picturesque sites atop the Tokyo Skytree observation tower.
The “Halik” actor was also spotted getting cozy with the Miss Universe 2018 titleholder, as one photo showed the former planting a kiss on the latter’s cheek.
“Our first trip as an engaged couple [teary eyed emoji] exploring the city of Tokyo. [heart emoji] @samuelmilby,” she said in the caption.
Fellow celebrities including beauty queens Samantha Bernardo and Sandra Lemonon, as well as content creator Verniece Enciso and photographer Pat Dy can’t help but be excited over the couple’s recent milestone in the comments of Gray’s post.

The beauty queen also expressed her excitement over her favorite “Tokyo finds,” including printed paper with various designs, paints, bento boxes, and a potted plant, as seen in a separate post.
“Tokyo finds [heart eyes emoji] Am I weird for wanting to buy this beautiful paper just to make some paper art and frame it,” she wrote.
Gray also shared more snaps of the Tokyo Skytree Tower, including a mirror selfie of herself with the actor, and the printed paper on her Instagram Stories.

The Miss Universe 2018 titleholder and Milby announced their engagement in February 2023, several weeks after they were teased about getting married soon.
The couple, however, has yet to disclose the date of their wedding, as of this writing. EDV
