Hollywood actress Vanessa Hudgens gamely answered questions during an interview with Boy Abunda, but she declined to discuss her wedding plans with her fiancé, professional baseball player Cole Tucker.

The Fil-Am actress, who was recently dubbed by President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. as the “global tourism ambassador,” sat down with Abunda as part of the publicity for the travel documentary that she is shooting in the Philippines, which is being produced by director and presidential adviser on creative communications, Secretary Paul Soriano.

During the interview, “The Princess Switch” star was asked about a myriad topics about her visit, but clammed up when asked about details of her upcoming wedding to Tucker.

Hudgens, who is set to tie the knot soon, respectfully begged off, saying she is not comfortable answering such questions, and that she preferred to keep the details of her personal life private, and hoped that people respect her wishes.

She however said that if it were just her choice, she would consider marrying Tucker in Palawan, where she had been for a few days to soak up the sun together with her Filipina mom and sister Stella.

After the event, some members of the press approached Abunda, who said that he respected Hudgens’ decision not to answer certain questions during the conference.

He noted that some celebrities would choose to disclose intimate details of their personal lives, but there are some like Hudgens who are not comfortable talking about it, and he would respect her decision to keep these details out of the public eye. EDV
