LOOK: Anne Curtis ‘all set’ for Tokyo Marathon
Anne Curtis, who’s already in Japan with her husband Erwan Heussaff and their daughter Dahlia, is ready to run for a meaningful cause in the 2023 Tokyo Marathon on Sunday, March 5.
The actress-TV host gave an account of her preparations ahead of the event through her Instagram page on Friday, March 3. Curtis flew to Japan days earlier to celebrate the 3rd birthday of her daughter in Tokyo Disneyland.
“Mama’s turn! Got my bib! All set!” she said. “Now the scary part, [two] antigen tests to be able to run on Sunday.”
“So many things I have to think of—be negative on tests; pass kilometer markers before they start sweeping; make sure I’m well hydrated starting today because I can’t bring my water bottles with me; FINISH!” she listed.
Curtis also asked fans to include her in their prayers, and urged them to donate to United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund (UNICEF) Philippines. Curtis joined the marathon in partnership with the said organization to raise funds “to help abused Filipino children get the support and services they need to heal and recover.”
