Jay B, one of the members of K-pop boy group GOT7, and makeup artist-YouTube vlogger PURE.D have reportedly called it quits after dating for over a year.
The former couple’s breakup was disclosed by a music industry insider to Korean media outlet TV Report on Friday, Feb. 10.
Jay B and PURE.D apparently grew apart while in their relationship, which prompted the artists to be just good friends and focus on their respective careers.
The former couple’s relationship was revealed to the public in July last year. The two, who met through mutual acquaintances, had already been dating for nine months at the time, as per several anonymous sources.
Jay B and PURE.D have yet to confirm or deny the breakup as of this writing.
Jay B, who held a solo show in Manila last October, is the leader of GOT7. The septet, known for such songs as “NANANA,” “If You Do,” “Never Ever” and “Just Right,” among others, celebrated its 9th anniversary last month. /ra
