Michael V. and his wife Carol Bunagan reaffirmed their love to each other through a renewal of vows in time for their 25th church wedding anniversary.
A glimpse of the couple’s celebration was shown by Michael V.’s fellow celebrity and friend Ogie Alcasid on his Instagram page Tuesday, Feb. 7.
“Happy 25th anniversary mare at pare! Such a blessing to witness your journey for the past 25 years,” Alcasid said, showing the couple in front of an altar.

The couple’s daughter Yanni also treated fans to more moments from the event through her Instagram Stories.

Before the ceremony, the comedian greeted Bunagan and expressed his excitement at marrying her again. Aside from netizens, fellow celebrities also sent their greetings to the couple.
“[Twenty-five] blessed years and counting. Happy Anniversary, [Carol Bunagan]. Can’t wait to marry you again,” he wrote. “I love you.”

Michael V. and Bunagan first got married in a civil ceremony in 1994, then in a church ceremony in February 1998. They also renewed their vows in 2019 during their 25th civil wedding anniversary. Aside from Yanni, the couple has three more children, namely Milo, Migo and Maypaul. /ra
