Na Chul, known for his roles in the Korean drama series “Vincenzo,” “Weak Hero Class 1” and “Happiness,” passed away today, Jan. 21. He was 36 years old.
The Korean actor’s passing was confirmed by an entertainment industry official to media outlet Star News Korea, also today. He reportedly died this morning “while undergoing treatment for his deteriorating health.”
Na Chul’s wake was set at the funeral hall of Soonchunhyang University in Seoul, and his funeral will be held on Monday, Jan. 23.
Korean actress Kim Go-eun paid tribute to the late actor, describing him as “the most amazing man, dad, husband, son and friend,” through her Instagram page.
Na Chul also appeared in several Korean TV series including “Little Women,” “Hospital Playlist,” “Once upon a Small Town” and in the 2021 film “Sinkhole.” /ra
