Sharon Cuneta thankful for celebrating 57th birthday with family and the Sottos: ‘I have everything I need’
Sharon Cuneta was grateful over being able to celebrate her 57th birthday with her family, as well as former senator Vicente “Tito” Sotto III, veteran actress Helen Gamboa and their children after appearing to have completely repaired the conflict caused by the 2022 elections between their families.
To recall, Tito Sotto and Cuneta’s husband, former senator Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan, both ran for vice president in the 2022 elections; the former previously admitted that it was a “big deal” for the extended families. Former Davao City mayor Sara Duterte emerged as the vice-presidential winner, while Pangilinan received the second-highest number of votes and Sotto placed third.
It can also be noted that Sharon is the daughter of the late Pasay City mayor Pablo Cuneta Sr. and Elaine Gamboa, who happens to be the sister of Helen.
The Megastar shared glimpses of the intimate “Birthday Eve” dinner with the Sotto couple, as well as their children Ciara, Diorella, Gian and Romina on her Instagram account on Jan. 5, a day before her actual birthday.

“Birthday cake!!! Awww they prepared one pa for me! [emojis] (Nene @pinaypole malabo yung video but thanks for passing it on to me after I’d left na! I love you! Sorry po malabo pero puno naman ng love),” she said in the caption of a separate post.

Cuneta, who turned 57 today, Jan. 6, expressed her gratitude to Kiko, her daughters Kakie, Miguel and Miel, and caregivers for celebrating her special day. It can also be recalled that the Megastar and former senator had been repairing their relationship after a six-month rift.
“I am always touched when they give me anything… My family means everything to me,” she wrote. “Thank You, Lord Jesus, for all these blessings! I also pray for the happiness and all the love in the world for my eldest @kristinaconcepcion. I have everything I need.”
