Weeks after posting bail for his temporary liberty, Vhong Navarro seems to be on a path towards spiritual healing as he was spotted at a worship group with his “It’s Showtime” co-host Ogie Alcasid.
Navarro joined the singer-songwriter’s small group to share “testimonies of faith,” as seen on Alcasid’s personal Instagram page on Tuesday, Jan. 5.
“Our 11 year old small group!! Ty Jesus for the different testimonies of faith that we learn from each other. Only by your grace dear Lord! Ty pareng @vhongx44 for joining us also. Hallelujah,” he said.
Navarro responded to Alcasid’s post by sharing praying emojis in the comments section.
The small gathering is among Navarro’s recent appearances after the Taguig Regional Trial Court allowed him to post a P1-million bail bond for his temporary liberty in December 2022. The bail was to ensure needed in order to afford the accused provision of freedom as long as he would still appear before the court when required until verdict is reached.
In a separate Instagram post, Alcasid greeted the host-comedian on his birthday, calling him a “brother for life.”
“The joy of having a brother for life such as this man is priceless. Happy bday my bro. The Lord bless you and keep you. @vhongx44,” the crooner said.
Navarro was recently spotted at an intimate Christmas celebration with his wife Tanya Bautista and sons Isaiah and Frederick, as well as a reunion with his fellow Streetboys members. EDV
