Three months after their wedding, celebrity couple Jason Abalos and Vickie Rushton are looking forward to welcoming an addition to their family in 2023.
The actor sent his Christmas greeting to his fans along with an admission that he and Rushton are just waiting for God’s biggest blessing, as per his Instagram post on Sunday, Dec. 25.
“Last year’s Christmas post na gamit ‘yung picture namin sa marriage banns vs. ngayon Mr. and Mrs na. Ang daming nangyari na dapat ipagpasalamat sa taas,” he said. (Last year’s Christmas post using photos from our marriage banns vs. now that we are already married. We should be thankful for a lot of things that happened.)
“‘Yung pinakamalupit na blessing na lang ni Lord ang hinihintay namin. Baka next year may cute na nakasingit na sa gitna,” he added. (We are just waiting for the Lord’s biggest blessing. Next year, we might have a cute [addition] posing in the middle.)
The celebrity couple earlier flew to the United Kingdom where Rushton reunited with her father, as seen in separate posts on their respective Instagram pages.
Abalos and Rushton got married in a church wedding in Batangas in September. The couple had been engaged since last year, but they only revealed their engagement on June 2. EDV
