Michael V. made sure to spend his 53rd birthday in a vigorous way as he trekked the trails of Lanikai Pillbox Run in Hawaii, along with his wife Carol Bunagan and their daughter Yanni.
The actor-comedian documented the moments before finally reaching the peak of the trail where Bunagan and Yanni were waiting for him, as seen on his Instagram page on Saturday, Dec. 17. Upon reaching the top, Michael V. captured the picturesque view of the Lanikai beach.
“Happy to be 53!” he said.
Yanni also showed off her dad’s achievement of conquering the “hardest hike in O’ahu” along with a birthday greeting, through her Instagram page.
“Traveling and going on adventures with you and the family really is such a great blessing, however many of our most meaningful conversations and moments happen in the simplest activities like this one right here. These are the ones that I cherish the most,” she stated.
“Happy birthday, I’d literally be nothing without you,” she added. “Love you always.”

The comedian also recently went on a family trip to Japan where he and Bunagan went paragliding in Hakuba Ski Jumping Stadium, ticking off an item from their bucket list. EDV
