Iya Villania expressed excitement as she treated fans to a glimpse of the construction of her family’s new home in Rizal, which is nearing completion.
The TV host gave a virtual tour of the house through her Instagram page on Sunday, Dec. 4.
“The little house that we’re building here in Taytay is almost finished. It’s just really a tiny home,” she said.
The house, which has wood and brick accents, features a playground with a trampoline for her kids, an outdoor kitchen and a hangout area.
Villania along with her husband, fellow TV host Drew Arellano, and their kids had a groundbreaking ceremony for their first family home in December last year.
Villania and Arellano tied the knot on Jan. 31, 2014 in Batangas after 10 years of being in a relationship. They welcomed their eldest child Primo in 2016, their second son Leon in 2018, their daughter Alana in 2020, and their fourth child Astro last June. EDV
