Xian Lim is expanding his painting portfolio as he unveiled his new art exhibit, “Promises of Tomorrow,” at Pinto Art Museum in Rizal.
The actor gave a glimpse of some of the artworks in his exhibit via his Instagram page last Sunday, Nov. 13. The collection depicts Lim’s “search to find meaning, if there is any at all,” as per releases related to the exhibit.
“Displaying taste and an undeniable eye, ‘Promises of Tomorrow’ questions life and the mysteries of a future that cannot be known. The exhibit ponders the infinite information existing in the world and acknowledges that it is impossible to attain,” Lim wrote, quoting words by writer Lala Singian.
“Promises of Tomorrow,” which was opened to the public last Sunday, can be seen at Gallery 4 of Pinto Art Museum.
Fellow celebrities Janno Gibbs and Maui Taylor were among those who congratulated Lim on his new exhibit.
Lim held his first art exhibit, titled “False Hope,” in 2017. The actor also showcased his artworks in “Everything Will Be Okay” in September 2020 and “Random Things” last July. /ra
