For some, having a career will take love on the sidelines but for actress Belle Mariano, it’s just a matter of balancing career with love life which can be achieved by anyone.
Choosing love over career or vice versa, being the center of Mariano’s movie with Donny Pangilinan, “An Inconvenient Love”, Mariano feels that one need not choose one over the other.
“I think love and career can go hand in hand. Puwede mo naman pagsabayin. (You can do it simultaneously). I think eventually you’ll find that balance,” she said during the movie’s mediacon, October 28.
“I don’t think you have to choose. I think you can live the best of both worlds kasi if the person truly loves you he’ allow you to grow and reach those dreams with you,” she added.
In the movie, Donny plays Manny, the son of a rich businessman who is into the terrarium business. He gets to meet Mariano’s character, Ayef who is a staff of a convenience store whose dream is to become an animator.
They fell in love but they agreed to have a deadline on their love life as Ayef is about to pursue her dreams in Singapore.
When someone asked when can inconvenience be convenient in love or in life, Mariano replied that all relationships are replete with so many challenges.
“I think all types of relations comes with all types of inconveniences and hassles. It’s a matter of making it convenient for the both of you and doing everything it takes for the both of you to align,” she explained.
